1. Using either a large (1 ½ – 2 gallon) punch bowl, or an extra large mixing bowl, add the lime sherbert.
2. Slowly pour in the Hawaiian Punch, pineapple juice and the soda over the sherbert.
3. Pour the red sugar crystals into a shallow bowl.
4. Dip just the rim of the glasses you serve the punch in. Allow the excess water to drip off. Place the dipped glass rim in the sugar, rotating the glass to completely coat the rim.
5. Ladle the punch into a serving pitcher, if using an extra large mixing bowl, to serve. If using a punch bowl, ladle the punch into the prepared glasses just before serving.

Makes 18 cookies
1.Melt the butter in the microwave. In a medium bowl, whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar together until no brown sugar lumps remain. Whisk in the vanilla and pumpkin until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, toss together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together with a large spoon or rubber spatula. The dough will be very soft. Fold in white chocolate chips. They may not stick to the dough because of the melted butter, but do your best to have them evenly dispersed in the dough. Cover the dough and chill for 30 minutes or up to 3 days. Chilling the dough is imperative for this recipe.
3. Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
4. Roll the dough into balls, about 1.5 Tablespoons of dough each. Mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Roll each of the dough balls generously in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and arrange on 2 baking sheets. Slightly flatten the dough balls because the cookies will only slightly spread in the oven. The photo above shows what the cookie dough balls should look like before baking.
5. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the edges appear set. The cookies will look very soft in the center. Remove from the oven. If you find that your cookies didn’t spread much at all, flatten them out with the back of a spoon when you take them out of the oven. If desired, press a few white chocolate chips into the tops of the warm cookies. This is only for looks!
6. Cool cookies on the baking sheets for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. The longer the cookies cool, the even better they taste! The flavor gets stronger and the texture becomes chewier. I usually let them sit, uncovered, for several hours before serving. Chewiness and pumpkin flavor are even stronger on day 2.
7. Cookies stay fresh covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Chicken:
SAUCE:
1. MAKE THE CHICKEN: In a large bowl, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the cornstarch and toss well to coat. In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk to combine.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then add to the skillet.
3. Cook the chicken, turning a few times, until each piece is evenly golden brown and fully cooked, 7 to 9 minutes.
4. MAKE THE SAUCE: Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add the sriracha, rice vinegar, brown sugar, crushed red-pepper flakes and half of the scallions. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute; remove from the heat.
6. When the chicken is done cooking, transfer it from the pan to a large bowl. Add the sauce, and toss well to combine.
7. Garnish with the sesame seeds and remaining scallions. Serve with the rice.

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Combine cookie crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until set, about 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
2. For filling, in a large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over crust. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups and peanuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

1. Place the potatoes in a large stock pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 tablespoon salt and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes in a colander, rinse under cold water and set aside while you make the dressing.
2. Stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and gently toss until coated. Gently fold in the bacon and cheese, reserving 1/4 cup of each for garnish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the paprika, green onions and reserved bacon and cheese.

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes, olive oil and ½ teaspoon each of the garlic salt and kosher salt. Arrange the potatoes on one half of a baking sheet. Roast until the potatoes are tender and golden on the bottom, 13 to 15 minutes, turning them once with a spatula during cooking.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the pepper, paprika, onion powder and remaining ½ teaspoon each garlic salt and kosher salt.
3. Cut two 1-inch-long, ¼-inch-deep slits in the fleshy side of each salmon fillet for the butter and seasonings to seep in. Place the salmon fillets on the empty half of the baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle the melted butter over the salmon and potatoes. Sprinkle the garlic salt mixture over the top. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze both halves over the entire sheet pan, capturing the seeds in your hand. Bake until the salmon flakes with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Cut the remaining lemon into 4 wedges. Sprinkle the salmon and potatoes with the dill and parsley and serve with the lemon wedges.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in the food coloring. Coarsely crush 16 cookies; stir into the cream cheese mixture. Aahh...good times.
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon in pan.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic to drippings in pan; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in flour, basil, salt and pepper until blended; gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Add tortellini mixture and bacon; toss to combine. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until heated through and broccoli is tender.

1. In a large stock pot combine cream style corn, whole kernel corn, broth, celery, bell peppers, potatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
2. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.
