1. Cut tenderloin lengthwise in half; cut each half crosswise into thin slices. Toss pork with 1 tablespoon oil, salt and, if desired, pepper flakes. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the pork; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or just until browned. Remove from pan; repeat with remaining pork.
3. Stir-fry snap peas and red pepper in remaining oil 2-3 minutes or just until crisp-tender. Stir in marmalade, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and garlic; cook 1-2 minutes longer. Return pork to pan. Add mango and cashews; heat through, stirring to combine. Serve with pasta.

A fun way to celebrate the holiday!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
2. Make your meatloaf mixture. You can use any recipe or check out my favorite recipe HERE
3. Make everything except the glaze.
4. Form meatloaf into large meatballs that fill the muffin tin holes. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Make a batch of mashed potatoes.
6. Once the meatloaf is baked, remove from muffin tin and place in cupcake liners.
7. Transfer mashed potatoes to a pastry bag with a star tip. Frost "cupcakes".

1. In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Whisk in yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.

If you have recessed folded towel dispensers and think roll towel dispenser installation is impossible...think again!
The amount of waste with folded towels is incredible! Their dispensers just make it easy to grab fist-fulls of towels- used or not. The towels that are not used are left to clutter the bathroom counter or dumped in the garbage.
Controlled use roll towel dispensers are more economical. They only dispense a certain length at a time. Towels are not easily pulled out or fall out on the floor like folded towels. LESS WASTE!

In the winter, salt residue tracked into buildings can leave high-gloss floors looking dull and dingy.
If left untreated, salt granules and ice melt tracks can damage finished floors!

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Whisk the egg yolks and 1/2 cup (100g) of granulated sugar together. Set aside. (At this point or before you temper the egg yolks in the next step, bring a small kettle or pot of water to a boil. You’ll need hot water to pour into the baking sheet for the water bath.)
3. Heat the heavy cream, espresso powder, and salt together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it begins to simmer, remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Remove about 1/2 cup of warm heavy cream and, in a slow and steady stream, whisk into the egg yolks. Keep those egg yolks moving so they don’t scramble. In a slow and steady stream, pour and whisk the egg yolk mixture into the warm heavy cream.
4. Place ramekins in a large baking pan. If you don’t have 1 pan large enough, bake them in a couple pans. Divide custard between each ramekin, filling to the top. Carefully fill the pan with about a 1/2 inch of the hot water. The baking pan will be hot so use an oven mitt to carefully transfer the pan to the oven.
5. Bake until the edges are set and centers are a little jiggly. The time depends on the depth of your ramekins. My ramekins are 1-inch and the custard takes 35 minutes. Begin checking them at 30 minutes. For a more accurate sign, they’re done when an instant read thermometer registers 170°F (77°C).
6. Remove pan from the oven and, using an oven mitt, remove the ramekins from the pan. Place on a wire rack to cool for at least 1 hour. Place in the refrigerator, loosely covered, and chill for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days before topping.
7. Using the remaining granulated sugar, sprinkle a thin layer all over the surface of the chilled custards. Caramelize the sugar with a kitchen torch and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving. (Caramelized topping is best enjoyed right away.)

In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumbling beef; drain. Add the tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook until noodles are tender, 10-15 minutes.
